Solomon Choi is an entrepreneur with a background in hospitality management, restaurant concept creation, franchising, and go to market strategy. He has a passion for food and beverage, technology, and consumer behavior.

in 2008, he moved to New York City and launched 2 companies including 16 Handles- NYC’s largest frozen yogurt franchise, and Greeno Products- custom disposables for the Foodservice industry. In 2022 he sold 16 Handles to a franchisee and YouTuber Danny Duncan. In 2023 he sold his stake in Greeno Products to his co founder. Both companies were bootstrapped and organically grown to 8 and 7 figure annual sales volumes respectively upon exit.

As a former founder and CEO, Solomon prefers operators who possess unique advantages in their product and service offerings. He looks for Crave-able products, passionate founders, and a community building go to market strategy.
